SENTINEL TPGS & TPGI Polished Rod Guidance System
The TPGS is a threaded PTFE landing sleeve installed into the tubing hanger and sized to match the hanger pick‑up threads and tubing string below the wellhead. It serves as the foundation of the system and receives the TPGI insert bushing.
The TPGI insert bushing is the core load‑bearing component, providing centralized support for the polished rod and managing side loading caused by alignment imperfections, pumpjack tolerances, and seasonal ground movement. Together, the system reduces lateral forces on the stuffing box, extending packing life and increasing polished rod longevity.
The SENTINEL system is available in multiple configurations, with components sized to match specific polished rod, tubing, and wellhead types (flanged, threaded, etc.) to ensure proper fit, alignment, and long‑term performance.
