TPGI - Insert Bushing

The SENTINEL TPGI insert bushing is the heart of the system, providing critical support to manage polished-rod side loading caused by wellhead and pumpjack alignment imperfections, or seasonal ground movement. By stabilizing the polished rod at the surface, the TPGI helps reduce uneven wear and premature component failure.

Each insert bushing is precision‑sized to match the polished rod and is available in multiple configurations to accommodate various tubing and polished rod combinations. Installation configurations are determined by specific well conditions, including wellhead type (flanged, threaded, etc.), and are paired with the corresponding SENTINEL landing sleeve to ensure proper fit, alignment, and performance.
